How Time Flies

I dropped by the Medical Centre during lunch break to visit my SIL and Baby K. I saw my brother talking to his son as I knocked on the door. It's a strange feeling. 30 years ago, this father was a baby like his son today. When this father was a baby, he refused to drink milk and he didn't like pacifier. On the first day when he came home from hospital, his two sisters, who got chicken pox when he was born, looked at him from the door and asked their mother, "Mama, could we just look at our baby brother for a while, just a while, pleaseeeeee.".

How time flies.

To set record right, I am not usually a crying person. May be my hairstylist is right, I am having harmone imbalance problem now haha ... I got happy tears rolling down my cheek a while ago when I recalled what I saw just now: my baby brother is a grown up man now, and he is a husband to my SIL and he is the father to Baby K.

A Baby Poem by Joanna Fuchs
For my "baby" brother and his wife
See tiny fingers and tiny toes,
Bright baby eyes,
Cute baby nose;
Hear baby gurgles and see baby smiles,
As Mom and Dad sing lullabies.
Life is changed, but that's okay;
It's fun to spend glad hours each day,
Taking time for all the good;
That comes along with parenthood.
