12 Things I Hate About

My personal peeves (for today) are:

(1) People spit when I eat

(2) Wishy-washy and can't even decide what to eat after half an hour!

(3) Take food from my plate w/o my permission, or put things on my plate when I am eating w/o my consent - they are disrupting my science of eating

(4) Adult men/women who dirty talk in public

(5) Over-arrogance men/women who can't even spare a minute to listen to others' views, and interrupted every 5 seconds: listen, listen to me first ...

(6) Men who gawk at women's chest

(7) Women who cry unnecessarily

(8) Those who borrow my things especially books and never bother to return them

(9) People who don't reply to my text messages, and when I called to ask, s/he told me: sorry I didn't receive your message. I believe they've forgotten there is something called: DST 151 Customer Helpline

(10) People who don't answer my call/s and don't reply my missed calls

(11) People purposely say words that they knew those words would hurt me

(12) Cowards.

I think I'm guilty of no.8.

As for no.9 & no.10, only fools make such excuses. It's too lame to believe. If someone does that to me, he/she can be sure to get this from me, 'I am not smart but I'm not a fool too, so stop acting like a fool in front of me'. I would rather the person own up than make up make himself/herself sounds ridiculously stupid.

Honesty earns more respect than stupidity.

I've encountered a lot of people in categories (9) & (10). I've absolutely no idea whether I am too efficient in replying all missed calls & text messages on time, OR I am unimportant person. Therefore, many times they chose to ignore my calls or don't bother to reply my texts at all.

Actually, I must say I am not the typical woman who likes 'cooking telephone porridges', and most times I called or sent them the texts - they are actually work on agenda.

To Woofhams: Khalbi tried uZap and lost 2 inches in 2 weeks. Geez, I never believed gadget like such is effective to lose inches, now I am convinced seeing her losing inches around abdomen.

To feverish: I've no channels to reach you since you've lost your handphone. I would like to find out why did your dad told us that you have been skipping dinners since you went home? Have the right portion of food, not skipping dinners to lose weight.

Pancake Queen: Call me an exercise freak. I am a true believer of 'stay and look healthy, there is no easy way out'. There are tons of people bought the uZap as well. The gadget bsacically vibrates and exerts pressures at your abodomen. I do not know how effective it is but to me, staying and looking healthy is holistic. In fact, not only how we look but how we feel.

I have came a long way to lose weight to where I am now. I truly believe that 'no pain, no gain'. Those gadget may only be a temporal help but to have a helathy body, mind and soul. It really needs hard work.

Feverish: It is ok to cut down the amount of food intake but not cut off the food intake. Our body needs food to get us going, we cannot deprive our bodies from taking in food. It may lead to reverse reaction that you may eat even more once I give up. The key word is 'moderation'. Please read my message above too.
