I haven't watched HK TVB's drama for at least 5-6 years. Mama rented a video on
CIB this afternoon because she wanted me to take a photo of Maggie Siu's hairstyle so she could show her hairstylist next Tuesday. I ended up watching 2 episodes of the drama because .....
Wong Hei is in the drama!

hey! this soap drama is showing in HK just about 2 weeks ago!
Wow, so Brunei's video-renting business is very efficient! My mother and I watched episode 14 yesterday.
I didn't watch HK TVB drama for a very long time. Guess what, I found the newer generation doesn't have as good acting as the older generation. I found some actors from the older generation (those who aged around late 30s to early 40s) are performing better than they were before eg. Bowie Lam (CIB) & Sunny Chan (Love Guaranteed).
Oh? U watched the "love guaranteed" too? This show was just over here..and CIB comes next to it. I seldom watch TVB drama lately, I bet u watch more TVB drama than me, haha!
hey! There was a program in CABLE TV showing the beautiful places and yummy foods in Brunei...and when the host went to the supermarket, she particulary introduced the lemon cheese cake KIKIT that u mentioned b4 as it is not selling in HK!
Yep, one of the TVB's actresses, the daughter of Macau's Sir Stanley Ho, came to Brunei 3 months ago to film a documentary on Brunei. In fact, there are more & more HK tourists in Brunei now - I can differentiate HK Cantonese accent from Guangchou Cantonese accent.
HaHa ... you bet! I'm becoming "Auntie". I believe I've watched more TVB's drama these 5 weeks than I ever did before.
"Love Guaranteed" is fun. My dad, mom & my younger brother like it too. We like particularly the part which Sunny Chan sang on stage completely out of tune! He's a good actor. Even thinking of his face made me laugh so much!
Yes! That's the programme i was referring to! How did u know about that? Had u ready bumped into them when they were filming?
oh, i wish i can be there one day...with u of course! : )
I read about it on our local paper when they stayed at our 6-stars hotel ie. Empire Hotel & Country Club. Btw, my mom saw Eric Tsang when Eric was here in July, and mom took a photo with Eric.
Of course, you certainly have to visit Brunei. 2008 is good time, a number of tourism projects should be completed by that time, and you'll have more good places to see and visit!
