Hallyu (Korean Wave)



The most enjoyable part of eating Korean food is, you don't waste the leftovers. Throwing in the entree, leftover gravy to a fresh bowl of rice will give you a different tasty flavour. Bibimbap (stone pot mixed rice) and Sundubu-Jjigae (bean curd stew) are my two-MUST orders whenever I visit a Korean restaurant.
